We coordinate all maintenance through licensed and insured vendors. Emergency issues are handled within hours; routine repairs are completed within 48 business hours. Yes, you may use your own contractor if they meet our licensing and insurance requirements and maintain our quality standards. -
What if the tenant is not taking care of my property?
We perform inspections and act swiftly if a tenant violates the lease. This includes issuing written notices, coordinating repairs, and beginning eviction proceedings if necessary. -
What types of reports do I receive, and how are they delivered?
You will receive detailed financial, maintenance, and leasing reports, including monthly statements and year-end summaries, through our secure online owner portal. -
How long is your management agreement? Can I cancel early?
We keep it simple. Our management agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation policy—as part of our Easy-Exit Guarantee. -
I have a property management company but want to switch. How does the process work?
