You can schedule a showing by visiting our Available Properties page and clicking “Schedule a Viewing” on the listing of your choice. You can also call our office at 406-540-8040 for assistance. -
Can you hold a home or apartment I’m interested in?
No. We are unable to hold properties. To secure a rental, you must complete the full application process and be approved. Rentals are leased on a first-qualified, first-approved basis. -
How long does it take to process my rental application?
Once all documents are submitted, your application is typically processed within 24 business hours. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delays. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. Your security deposit is refundable as long as:- The property is left in rent-ready condition
- There is no damage beyond normal wear and tear
- All balances are paid in full

What if I don’t meet the income or credit requirements?
Co-signers may be considered on a case-by-case basis for applicants who do not meet minimum qualifications. -
What’s included in the monthly rent?
Unless stated otherwise in the listing, rent covers the property only. Utilities and any applicable service fees (e.g., trash or lawn care) are billed separately. -
What are your standard lease terms?
Most of our properties require a 12-month lease agreement, unless otherwise noted in the listing. -
Are pets allowed in your rentals?
Pet policies vary by property. Please refer to the individual listing for details on pet deposits, breed restrictions, and monthly pet fees. -
I’ve been approved—what happens next?
Once your application is approved, a member of our Leasing Team will contact you with next steps to complete your lease and prepare for move-in. -
How do I get the keys to my new rental?
Before receiving your keys, you must:- Transfer all utilities into your name
- Provide proof of renter’s insurance

How do I pay rent each month?
Rent payments are made online through your tenant portal, which will be set up during your move-in process. -
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Renter’s insurance is mandatory and must be active before move-in. It helps protect your belongings and provides liability coverage. -
Can I paint, hang pictures, or make changes to the unit?
- Hanging pictures is allowed, but you’re responsible for patching any damage.
Painting or modifying the property in any way requires written permission from Premier Property Management.
